Latinx Women of Influence
In celebration of women’s day 2018 I began a series of illustrations featuring Latinx women who have made an amazing impact on society and who have inspired me. The series is currently incomplete, but currently includes Julia de Burgos, Alicia Dickerson Montemayor, Sylvia Rivera, Frida Kahlo, Celia Cruz, Ellen Ochoa, Rigoberta Menchu, Marta Maria Vega, and Consuelo Castillo Kickbusch.

Conceptual
celebrating Love and Women of Colour
I created this mini-series for two close friends of mine who were married on May 4 of 2019. They wanted me to make five colouring pages that they could print multiples of and give to guests at their wedding. The pages were to be illustrations featuring five powerful Filipinx women of their choice. My friends chose to feature the following women: Whang-od, Manila Luzon, HanHan, Catriona Gray and Lea Salonga. I worked within periods of about 6-8 hours for each piece. I wanted to make sure that every detail was perfect. I’m very happy with how they came out.
